Our Journey on the Dusty Road....

... following our Rabbi. It is a place where we can track what we have done each visit to our sister church area allowing future teams to have ideas and create unity of what we do and knowledge of where we've been. June 2014: Our first team visited western Honduras. We traveled to Gulacinse and La Virtud, where we conducted a medical clinic lead by Dr Greg and a team of nurses. This was our first introduction to the Sowers ministry. March 2015 A team, including Pastor Dave, traveled to help teach at Pastors Training School in Gracias area. What to Expect? PACKING

{still being tweaked} Depending on what you'll be doing your packing list may vary slightly. GENERAL TIPS: Pack toilet paper, remove the inside cardboard roll, flatten it and carry it in a zip lock bag. Not all toilets have toilet paper. You also not flush toilet paper in Honduras, there is a trash can next to toilet. Check the weather, here is the link for Gracias, Lempira, Honduras and check for the weather during your trip. Sunscreen, bug spray, a hat for sun, light jacket or sweatshirt, bathing suit Money for eating while traveling to and from San Pedro Sula, Honduras to USA. A passport holder around your neck or waist is a good idea. SUITCASES/BAGS: The team will be carrying down items to be used in our time with our friends in Honduras, i.e. soccer balls, craft supplies, school shoes and more; because of this most of the time team members will need to check a bag full of items to be left in Honduras. Songs

To be intentional in our mission trips to our EAC4Lempira schools we are using this post to teach others the songs we have taught the children there in Lempira, Honduras. This first song was introduced to the children Dec 2017 by the college age team. Good reception by children. Dec 2017 college age team introduced this song, a little tricky and we had poster board with words on it, this helped the gringos. This song was introduced in December 2017 and was a hit. Has NOT been taught, as of Jan 2018 updated Jan 2018
