What to Expect? PAPERWORK

There are 3 Papers We Need You To Fill Out:

#1: Trip application- e-mailed

#2: Emergency contact - e-mailed

#3: Travel Insurance - link below

Please return all paperwork no later than 2 weeks prior to departure date

#1: TRIP APPLICATION 
The trip application gets us all on the same page in terms of what is expected while in country. We are guests in Honduras and will be working with the Sowers family who lives there full time, we want to be respectful of their reputation and be a positive representation of the Sowers friends. 





#2: EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM
In case of emergency, who we gonna call? (Ghostusters! or whoever is on your form)



#3: TRIP INSURANCE
We ask that everyone carry trip insurance, this is the one we recommend, it has good overage for a great price, just $30/per person up to 30 days. After your purchase please give a copy to team leader.
